Order Processing

All orders are processed within approximately 2–5 business days. Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may increase during:

  • product launches
  • sales events
  • periods of high order volume

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

United States

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

International Orders

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

Please understand that international shipping times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or regional shipping conditions.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.


Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment locations.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking updates for each package.


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Grip Athletics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@gripcombat.com, and we will do our best to assist you.


International Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their local government.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
